A
£10/day non-refundable Damage Waiver plus a
£300 refundable deposit is required to protect
the Charterer against damage or loss of the yacht
and her equipment. The £10/day charge will be
added to the final account whilst the £300 (excess
fee) will be refunded, less any deductions, at the
end of the charter.
Alternatively, a £3000 deposit can be made by
credit card which will be refunded, less any deductions,
at the end of the charter.

Cruising
in Thailand's National Parks attracts a fee of 200
Thai Baht/Person/Night.
Immigration Charges may also apply if exiting Thailand's
waters and entry, for example, into Malaysia.

All
yachts will start the charter with a full tank of
fuel.
Filling the tank on return will ensure that you
will only be charged for fuel used (plus outboard
fuel).
